Job Overview
Adecco Italia is recruiting an Operaio/a edile to serve as an itinerant technician for routine and extraordinary building maintenance across retail sites located in Ponente Ligure, Piemonte, and the province of Cuneo, including surrounding areas.
Responsibilities

Perform maintenance tasks in the built environment, including painting, tiling, and masonry work.
Apply adhesives such as cement, mortar, plaster, resin, and other traditional or composite materials.
Handle materials ranging from bricks and stones to composite panels and inert components (sand, gravel, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of proven experience in similar maintenance or construction roles.
Strong manual skills and solid knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
Possession of a valid B‑class driving licence.
Full‑time availability with readiness for work on pre‑holiday, holiday, and occasional night shifts.
Preference for candidates with specific training in the construction sector and safety roles such as Preposto.
Valuable certifications for work at height, use of third‑category PPE, and scaffold operation.

Minimum Experience: 1 year.
