As a Store Manager and a valued member of the Bolzano team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

As a leader within Sephora Italy the worlds most beloved Beauty Community you will :
Ensure the achievement of the stores financial performance (budget and target attainment).
Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions events new product launches CRM campaigns).
Manage the stores profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies operating costs personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic average transaction value units per transaction etc.).
Manage the stockroom maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
Implement company procedures (regulations safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing promotions communication) established by central departments.
As the leader of your store you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers) managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management analysis and daily reporting.
Agility dynamism and problem-solving skills.
Strong results orientation.
Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
