Together, we belong to something beautiful.As part of the HR Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following responsibilities :Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee the execution of plans to address them using talent management tools and resources. Facilitate and participate in Talent Reviews / Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the process across the business unit or function as required.Translate business unit strategy into short and mid-term HR initiatives that support the business strategy for assigned clients.Support Area Managers in defining a people strategy aligned with the company's vision.Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and set appropriate strategies.Monitor the climate across the network, identify potential environmental issues, and ensure consistency and fairness within different areas.Lead communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department.Supervise adherence to policies and coordinate disciplinary actions with Area Managers.Support the implementation of development strategies specific to the business unit. Drive or coordinate existing programs or develop new solutions to close gaps and strengthen bench talent.Embody Sephora values and act as a Sephora Ambassador.Promote and communicate activities, policies, regulations, and standards related to occupational health and safety.Act as a change agent.Identify training and development needs in collaboration with the Area Manager.Deliver and deploy the company's Training strategy, leading and coordinating all Learning and Development initiatives.Do not hesitate to apply if you have :At least 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.Experience in leading and managing diverse teams across different areas.Experience with assessment centers and other recruiting tools.How to be successful in the role and at Sephora :Contribute to defining and implementing the People Excellence strategy to achieve business objectives within your function or organization, facilitating change. Support Talent and Managers in developing and deploying strategic HR programs to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness.
