Role
Resident IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End‑user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
Responsibilities
identify, diagnose, and resolve L1/L2 issues in computer hardware and software related to laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, etc.
deal with software portfolio management and product life‑cycle management
provide general desktop support, project coordination, refresh and imaging/re‑imaging PCs and laptops
coordinate with third‑party service providers for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repair minor hardware flaws if not covered under the same
install peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc., and handle cabling systems (local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.)
provide smart‑hand support for server and network devices
manage assets and stock
handle ticket management
Requirements
Level 2 Support – End‑user Support
Ideally background as IT engineer with at least 2 years of experience
Good English and fluent Italian
Familiarity with ticketing systems

Location: Dalmine (fully onsite)
Employment contract: 1‑year fixed‑term (with possibility of transformation into permanent)
