This role is critical to lead our business in the On trade channel, with direct responsibility for managing regional wholesalers, negotiating with local customers, and ensuring the flawless execution of the National plans in Veneto. The key responsibility as a team member is to effectively implement the commercial strategies into the market and collaborate with the sell-out team to maximize results. This role is an individual contributor, reporting to the On Trade Business Area Manager.Meaningful Work From Day OneThe On Trade Regional Key Account Manager oversees a regional scope, acting as the main contact for Italian local wholesalers.Your primary task is to negotiate with regional players in line with the On Trade commercial policy, including contracts, promotional calendars, sell-in initiatives, and sales incentives.Additionally, you will coordinate regional strategies with the sell-out team to ensure alignment between sell-in and sell-out plans.This role requires strong leadership and management skills, along with a deep understanding of the wholesalers industry. Experience in Spirits and prior sell-out roles are advantageous.You will report to the On Trade Business Area Manager and collaborate with the broader On Trade team to ensure seamless execution. The position can be based within the assigned business area.What You Can ExpectDevelop and execute sales strategies to boost sell-in and sell-out performance for regional customers, including pricing and promotional initiatives aligned with channel objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional wholesalers, representing Brown-Forman.Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.Manage customer P&Ls, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with the On Trade team to optimize results.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.Oversee the sales budget for assigned customers, ensuring resource efficiency.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.What You Bring to the TableAt least 3 years of sales experience as a Regional Account Manager in On Trade.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven success in driving sales growth in a similar role.Strong relationship-building skills with customers.Deep knowledge of the On Trade spirits market and customer base; experience in spirits industry is a plus.Experience in developing Premium+ and luxury categories.What Makes You UniqueLeadership, communication, and negotiation skills; entrepreneurial mindset.Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools like Salesforce.Results-driven, strategic thinker, team player passionate about the spirits industry.Experience in managing regional customers within multinational companies with complex distribution channels.Fluent in English and Italian (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.Change management and startup experience are advantageous.We believe great people build great brands.
