You will manage maintenance activities in Saudi Arabia regarding GE Avio design responsibility modules of two military programs.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesBe the interface between the supplier and Avio Aero in order to guarantee the conformity of maintenance activities and improve processesManage quality assurance activities: quality assurance of products, services, maintenance processes, etc…Manage quality control activities: guarantee conformance in maintenance, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc…Carry out periodic product, system and special process audits, as per the applicable Quality Plans and 0071QSupport maintenance activities at supplier facilitySupport the preparation of the technical documentation and certification package and certify modules on activities performed at supplier facilitySupport the management of non conforming material and fulfillmentProvide support to internal and external customersAct as a resource for colleagues with less experience, supporting the qualification process and training to operatorsSet-up quality metrics and lead DSM.Drive quality review/meeting with leadership on the qualification statusQualifications/RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Engineering fieldStrong experience in Product Quality in aerospace environmentQuality and Airworthiness standards/regulations trainingPrevious experience as certifying staff memberDemonstrated ability to teach colleaguesFluent in English and ItalianStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsExperience in Customer Quality in aerospace environmentDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsDemonstrated ability to lead programs / projectsWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
