We are looking for an OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist) who has the drive to improve processes, a passion for excellence and enthusiasm to develop solutions.

Responsibilities

Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization.
Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers.
Manage and support process improvement projects.
Implement and monitor KPIs.
Promote and convey continuous improvement tools.
Manage continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics, or Master in Supply Chain.
At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement.
Good knowledge of English.
Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
Proactive and able to work in a team with strong communication skills and a passion for improvement.
