We look forward to getting to know you.Full time - unlimitedYour contribution to the energy transitionAs our O&M Site Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for managing all maintenance and operations activities of the 42 MWp Sardinia PV plant (including part of the MV substation). You will report to the O&M Team Leader - Italy and the place of work will be the Loreo PV plant. You can look forward to the following tasks:Manage all site activities, in line with the contractual requirements, company policies and procedures, legal framework and best industry practiceBe responsible for the implementation of JUWI’s HSE policies and proceduresManage O&M site team (subcontracted)Liaise with Owner’s representative and Owner’s Engineer on site / during their site visitsLiaise with local authorities and stakeholders, as neededManage (and contribute to) the preventive and corrective maintenance, regarding time, cost and qualityManage the spare parts inventory and the procurement of supplies, tools and parts locallyManage the proper investigation and analysis of technical, HSE or other incidents on site and implement preventive measuresPerform regular inspections in the PV plant and the MV substationDraft all reports (regular and ad-hoc), as per contractual and internal requirementsPerform stand-by during weekends and public holidays (based on a roster)Contribute to the maintenance activities in other nearby PV plants, if neededYour energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications;Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree / bachelor / diploma of technical instituteAt least 5 years’ experience in the construction and/or maintenance of PV plants or other powerplantsWorking experience of MV/LV substations, including transformers, switchgear, relays, etc.Experience in the construction, commissioning or O&M of utility scale PV plants will be considered a plusExperience in working with central PV inverters will be considered a plusGood knowledge of HSE procedures and regulationsVery good IT skills, emphasizing on MS ExcelAbility to remain in control and perform effectively under pressureAbility to work under limited supervisionExcellent communication skillsExcellent team leading and people management skillsGood administrative and reporting skillsGood knowledge of English language (both spoken and written)Physically fit and able to work in extreme weather conditionsWilling to work during weekends and public holidays, if neededValid driver’s licenseApplicant must be a resident of Loreo or be willing to relocate thereYou have more to offer?
