You’ll play a critical role in supporting our team, maintaining a smooth operation, and making our workspace a place where people love to work.Your responsibilities include:Handling administrative and organizational tasks across the officeBeing the main point of contact for service providers and suppliersManaging office logistics and suppliesOrganizing internal events and supporting the marketing team with external eventsEnsuring smooth daily operations and a vibrant office lifeContributing to a positive, creative, and engaging work cultureWelcoming and guiding visitors, vendors, candidates, and new team membersMust-Haves:Fluency in Italian (C2) and English1–3 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent organizational and communication skillsProactive and autonomous mindsetFast learner with a hands-on attitudePositive, people-friendly energy Valid work permit in ItalyNice to Have:Additional languagesInterest in software or ITStudies in administration or similar fieldFlexible and creative approach to problem-solvingAbility to manage surprises and keep calm under pressureWhy Join Odoo?
