Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a smooth-running, professional and welcoming environment
Welcoming visitors to the office
Addressing queries related to office management issues
Oversee office maintenance, repairs and upgrades, as well as stock of office supplies
Set-up meeting rooms and support the organization of catering when needed
Handling office mail and phone calls
Providing bookkeeping support for invoices and expense reports
Managing company bank account and payments
Coordinate and organize office activities, calendars and events
Support team members in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Requirements

Near-Native English Speaker & Fluent in Italian
Prior experience working and living abroad
Positive, resourceful and happy to be around people
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
Keen on working on many tasks at the same time and prioritize them independently
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to develop very good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Good knowledge of IT systems
