A day in the life of a Global IT Hub Office AssistantIn this role, you will provide organizational and administrative support to the Global IT Hub Manager and the broader team, including tasks such as :Agenda management: prioritizing topics and taking initiative in respondingMonitoring costs and expenses to support in budget preparationHandling highly confidential documents and accessing highly discreet informationEnsuring proper management of the Purchasing Orders process, suppliers’ registration and maintenanceDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with all support functions (e.g. General Services, Facility, Procurement, etc.)Preparing draft communications to the business as requiredManaging and coordinating meetings / events involving senior-level internal and / or external participants and tracking attendanceActing as main point of contact for most external and internal stakeholders of the Global IT HubActively reviewing and supporting the preparation of documents (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, etc.)
