Research, development and manufacturing take place at our R&D Centre facility in Seoul, South Korea, with UK based design and marketing collaboration. KKDC benefits from a global & European sales base in London alongside dedicated sales teams across the globe with offices in multiple cities.The Milan office plays a mixed role of Office Administrator and Assistant to the Director. The role involves administrative tasks to support staff and involvement in the sales process.Who we are looking forA reliable person to join our Milan office, capable of prioritizing and working autonomously, self-motivated and trustworthy.ResponsibilitiesManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the upper managementHandle communications with Factories and KKDC BranchesSupport the sales team, prepare quotations whenever necessaryCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policiesUpdate records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataTrack stocks of office supplies and place ordersReceive and dispatch goods and parcels, whenever necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedReport to the DirectorRequirementsGood English and Italian language abilities, both oral and writingAt least 2 years of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantageHigh school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferredGeneral InfoWorking hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30, in office.PackageThe company is willing to offer the right candidate an indefinite employee contract with a good salary.
