With its multicultural team, KKDC Italy, after 9 years of operation has built a very positive local reputation and got involved in more than 400 lighting projects all over the world.Who we are looking forA reliable person to join our Milan office, which plays a mixed role of Office Administrator and assistant to Director. He / she will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently, and also get involved with the sales process.The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working autonomously, self-motivated and trustworthy.ResponsibilitiesManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper managementHandle communications with Factories and KKDC BranchesSupport the sales team, prepare quotation, whenever necessaryCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesUpdate records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataTrack stocks of office supplies and place ordersReceive and dispatch the goods and parcels, whenever necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assignedReport to the DirectorRequirementsGood English and Italian language abilities, both oral and writingAt least 2 years of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantageHigh school diploma; BSc / BA in office administration or relevant field is preferredGeneral InfoWorking hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30, in office.PackageThe company is willing to offer the right candidate the infinite employee contract with a good salary.
