We design, develop, and manufacture cutting‑edge products, and work with main shipyards to deliver innovative, reliable, and easy to operate products and solutions.As OEM Sales Manager, you will handle both existing customers' portfolios and the development of new business opportunities in line with the objectives set in the annual budget. Over time, you will become the main point of reference for the client for any commercial issues. You will work closely with Customer Service in managing technical issues and will interface with the Marketing office in organizing promotional activities.These activities require a combination of commercial, relational, and technical skills, as well as a deep knowledge of the nautical sector and the specific needs of boatyards. You will love this job if you enjoy working with all aspects of sales and don’t mind getting involved in all areas of our business, if needed.ResponsibilitiesManaging commercial relationships with OEMs (boatyards)Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with the main OEMsRegularly visiting OEMs to understand technical and commercial needsNegotiating contracts and supply conditionsOEM Business DevelopmentIdentifying new collaboration opportunities with OEMs in the design phaseProposing integrated electronic navigation solutions (GPS, radar, autopilots, monitoring systems, etc.)Collaborating with the technical team to customize products according to the OEM’s specificationsDeveloping the super and mega‑yacht market by introducing new products from the Raymarine Commercial divisionTechnical-Commercial SupportCoordinating, in synergy with after‑sales colleagues, pre‑sales and post‑sales technical assistanceCoordinating technical training for OEM’s teamsMarket Analysis and Commercial StrategyMonitoring trends in the nautical sector and among competitorsDefining pricing and positioning strategies for the OEM channelParticipating in boat show and industry events to promote the company and its productsInternal Management and ReportingCollaborating with the R&D team (UK & USA) for the development of new products for the OEM marketPreparing sales reports and forecasts for commercial managementCoordinating with the marketing team to define communication strategies and support eventsActively participating in boat shows and events organized by the company, as well as any events organized by OEMsThis job is hybrid (onsite & remote)QualificationsUniversity degree or high school diplomaAbility to easily relate to clientsDynamism, flexibility, precision, and analytical skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsSpirit of initiativeExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong teamwork skills and, at the same time, good operational autonomyGood knowledge of EnglishWillingness to travel within the national territory and occasionally to other European countries in the Mediterranean areaPassion for boatingWhat Raymarine Offers YouOpportunity to develop your career with one of the leading marine electronics companies with over 50 years of historyAt Raymarine, you get a unique opportunity to experience how cutting‑edge R&D, software and hardware development come together under one roof.Friendly culture with a focus on collaboration, problem‑solving, and creativity.A fair compensation structure and benefitsAdditional InformationWe’re committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
