A passionate hospitality professional who thrives on challenges, delivering authentic luxury experiences with confidence, curiosity, and community spirit.ResponsibilitiesOversee all Front Office operations (check‑in, check‑out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) in accordance with Belmond policies.Perform nightly closure, cashier checks for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, and provide data to statistics and local government institutions.Assist with all guest requests and handle emergencies according to procedures.Manage and support a small team of two team members, ensuring smooth night operations and maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of senior experience at a 5‑star luxury hotel.Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in a third language is preferred.Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS and proficiency with the Microsoft suite.Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.Ability to manage night operations effectively, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and precision.Benefits & CompensationAccommodation in a single room with a bathroom in the staff house, including breakfast.Bus ticket provided for the contract period.Access to the staff canteen.Participation in the Discovering Belmond programme: complimentary accommodation at Belmond hotels, discounted rates for trains, cruises and safaris, and discounted food and beverages.Monthly gross salary €2,200 to €2,400, depending on previous experience, with separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR.Welfare incentive based on quality goals.Employment DetailsStart date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
