You will sell, process, and close homes in alignment with company business plans, adhering to our customer-centric selling philosophy. This includes guiding customers through Welcome Home Centers, viewing undecorated models (at various construction stages), and exploring available homesites.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and consistent follow-up with customers from initial contact to post-closing.Engage in local community outreach to generate sales from realtors, co-brokers, referrals, and self-prospecting.Develop expertise in the competitive marketplace, including product knowledge, site specifics, local demographics, sales strategies, and advertising.Utilize company-designated tracking tools to monitor and record daily customer traffic.Participate in required homeowner orientations and assist customers with builder option purchases as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma / GED required (college preferred)Licensed Realtor in the state of California2+ years of recent experience in new home sales or commission-based real estateValid driver’s license and insurance coverage with a safe driving recordAvailability to work Wednesday through SundayProficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and contract calculationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhy Work with Lennar?At Lennar, our "Everyone’s Included" vision drives us to embrace diversity within our workforce, fostering innovation and sustainable growth in the communities we build.
