About the Role
Vivid is expanding into Italy and seeks a native Italian‑speaking Sales Account Executive to drive growth of our business banking division. You will promote and sell business accounts to SMEs, freelancers, and small/medium business owners in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Your Mission

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new customer accounts.
Proactively support customers in using Vivid products and services.
Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction.
Help customers onboard to fully utilize our services.
Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products.
Assist in cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives to meet revenue goals.
Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance.

Your Profile
A degree in business administration, finance, or related field (or relevant professional experience).
Experience in account management, ideally in FinTech or financial services sector.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑centric approach.
Analytical thinking with a structured and results‑oriented work style.
Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications.
Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
High self‑motivation and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
