Network Observability & Analytics Engineer
Team: Digital Networks & AI (DNA) at Fastweb+Vodafone.
The Network Observability & Analytics Engineer will evolve and maintain the network observability ecosystem, contributing to the design of OSS measurement, monitoring, and diagnostic systems across the Fastweb+Vodafone network.
Responsibilities

Design and implement network measurement and telemetry systems (fixed and mobile) following project phases.
Design diagnostic tools and algorithms, modeling problems from collected network data in collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on technical support services, handling requirements gathering to production rollout.
Manage end‑to‑end project phases for system and service deployment (scoping, sizing, testing, production installation).
Coordinate suppliers and/or support internal development teams for solution implementation.
Perform data analysis and dashboarding on relational databases to validate solutions and verify performance.
Create data products using ML and AI techniques for automation and advanced analytics.

Essential Requirements

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
Knowledge of internet technologies and network communication protocols.
Passion for data analysis with strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
English language proficiency.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks.
