                                                                                                                            Job ID: 3103915 | Q-Express Documents TransportOverviewAs a Network Loss Program Officer in the Network Losses team, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of transportation at a pan-country level, owning the end-to-end process improvement for Network Losses. You will work with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Continuous Improvement, Security, Finance and Legal to build visibility on loss themes, set up mitigation plans, and follow through on execution. You will define and implement tailor-made action plans to boost Network performance and monitor success metrics on a daily basis. About the teamNetwork Losses is part of GSF, Sustainability and Packaging organization that supports MENA operations to enhance cost metrics by reducing lost and damaged shipments at the transportation network.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end process improvement for Network Losses across pan-country transportation.Gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of transportation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build visibility on losses themes, set up mitigation plans, and execute follow-on actions.Define and implement tailor-made action plans to boost Network performance and monitor daily success metrics.Shape the role with autonomy and benchmark processes across global Amazon geographies.Analyze data, audit sites, and deep dive into process gaps to solve complex problems.Basic QualificationsExperience using SQLPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packagesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
