You will work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your technical skills in networking and IT systems, in a dynamic and growth-oriented environmentWhat you will doSupport configuration and monitoring of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).Assist in managing and developing company network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Perform first-level troubleshooting for connectivity issuesHandle user requests related to network access and issuesHelp document configurations and technical procedureContribute to network performance analysis and service improvementSupport ICT teams in designing and deploying new serviceMonitor and manage infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle.What you need to succeedBachelor’s degree (obtained or in progress) in IT, STEM or related field.Basic knowledge of IT enterprise architecture (Cloud, On-Prem, Hybrid systems).Understanding of main network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers.Interest in IT security.Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux.
