This role acts as a cross-functional connector between Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence, ensuring data-driven planning and efficient material deployment to support brand activations.A day in the life of the Materials & Chain SpecialistStructures data collection and sharing processes from the field (working with MD-Sales teams), leading analysis of sell-in and sell-out data (in collaboration with BI), tracking volume trends and key KPIs to ensure consistency between strategy and field performance;Monitors KPIs for field activities and strategic point-of-sale execution using tools like AFS, in coordination with MD & Sales teams;Translates brand strategies into channel plans, defining must-win battles, channel priorities, assortment and distribution guidelines, value chains and route-to-market approaches, facilitating channel-specific commercial agreements and provides strategic guidance for sell-out KPIs aligned with business prioritiesDesigns non-price promotional activities, supports innovation launches and sets up task forces for specific business goals;Leads strategic planning of POS materials, from scouting and briefing (with sales and channel experts) to allocation and post-evaluation (via STACI and AFS);What will make you successful1+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or OOH Sales roles;Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data interpretation and visualization (BI tools, sell-in / sell-out KPIs);Familiarity with field operations and the commercial dynamics of Out-of-Home channels;Experience in developing channel strategies, promotional frameworks, and budget planning;Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and BI teams;Proactive mindset, structured approach and strong project management capabilities;Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority;We are Nestlé.
