3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in Trade Marketing Office or similar roles
Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related industries
Fluency in both Italian and English

Position Summary

A day in the life of an Office Commercial Development Manager
Develop the office channel strategy based on market data, research, and insights
Create marketing and promotion plans, producing dedicated visibility materials in collaboration with the marketing department
Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers and vendors
Provide training for the sales force
Analyze key customers and promotion results to monitor performance
Estimate new product volumes and manage their launch with dedicated customers

What will make you successful

Strong experience in a trade marketing role, preferably in the office channel
Knowledge of various direct and indirect RTM (Route to Market)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Attuned to new trends with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
