POSITION PURPOSE: As a Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department within the ENCAR business line, performing the following activities:
ACTIVITIES:

Architectural and technical specifications preparation.
Design and coordination of building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
Review and follow-up of detailed designs from subcontractors.
Coordinate with architects/REVIT designers and structural engineers.
Participate in 3D reviews.
Basic knowledge of building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
Knowledge of classification society rules (ABS, BV, DNV).
Use of 3D review tools such as Navisworks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English.
Permanent contract.
Over 10 years of experience.
Proficiency in Office Suite.
Soft skills: motivation, communication.
Preferred: international mobility.
