Milan, Metropolitan City of Milan, ItalyJob Openings Naval & WCR Engineer - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas ProjectAbout the job Naval & WCR Engineer - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas ProjectHill International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Naval & WCR Engineer to join our team.General Description of Role and Responsibilities:Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop and implement effective design and construction strategies for naval and waterfront structures.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.Prepare technical reports, drawings, and other project documentation.Manage project budgets and timelines.Review and approve contractor submittals and change orders.Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in naval and waterfront engineering.Travel to project sites within the MENA & Europe regions as needed.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in naval and waterfront engineering, preferably in the MENA & Europe regions.Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, and regulations related to naval and waterfront structures.Experience with project management and budgeting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to project sites within the MENA & Europe regions.
