Social network you want to login/join with:National Key Account Manager Italy Consumer, Sacilecol-narrow-leftClient:Location:Job Category:Other-EU work permit required:Yescol-narrow-rightJob Reference:0adb4245154aJob Views:4Posted:01.08.2025Expiry Date:15.09.2025col-wideJob Description:Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Own and manage the full P&L for Amazon, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets.Develop and implement the annual joint business plan, focusing on key growth drivers including assortment, promotions, media, and supply chain.Build and maintain a strong relationship with Amazon stakeholders at local and international levels.Lead product launches, promotional planning, and content optimization to drive traffic and conversion.Monitor key performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, share of voice, retail media performance) and take corrective actions when needed.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital) to deliver a seamless customer experience.Manage investment budgets, including trade terms and advertising spend, ensuring optimal ROI.Stay up to date on Amazon policies, tools, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.Qualifications:University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, with at least 2–3 years specifically managing Amazon accounts.Strong understanding of Amazon operations.Solid grasp of digital marketing levers within AmazonProven ability to work with e-commerce KPIs: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, retail media metrics.Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to interpret and present actionable insights.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven digital environment; agile mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
