Your Mission
You manage and grow strategic partnerships with top national and regional retailers in Italy.
You negotiate first- and second-level contracts that align with our commercial strategy.
You lead annual and mid-year negotiations on pricing, trade terms, promotions, and assortment.
You monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and risks, and take corrective actions.
You ensure outstanding execution at the point of sale through collaboration with category management and field sales.
You analyze sales data and market trends to continuously improve customer strategy.
You collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing for sustainable business growth.
You act as the main contact for your customers, solving challenges and communicating proactively.
You
Hold a university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s is a plus.
Bring 5+ years of experience in (National) Account Management within the FMCG sector in Italy.
Have a strong track record with top-tier retailers and contract negotiations.
Are preferably based in Central Italy
Combine analytical thinking with solid planning and data interpretation skills.
Speak and write fluently in both Italian and English.
Excel at building and maintaining relationships with senior retail stakeholders.
Work in a result-driven, entrepreneurial, and hands-on way.
Have experience with fresh, chilled, or short shelf-life food categories—this is a strong plus.
Demonstrate proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
