Job Opportunity: CRM Data Analyst
Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., a leading multi-branch insurance company in Italy part of the Unipol Group, is seeking a CRM Data Analyst to strengthen its customer analysis initiatives supporting business development. The role is within the Marketing and Commercial Communication Department, based in Milano or Bologna.
Key Responsibilities:
Build target lists to support marketing campaigns using advanced approaches like look-alike analysis based on customer characteristics and behaviors.
Implement and maintain strategic customer segmentation, focusing on high-potential clients to enable personalized offers and dedicated service models.
Define and apply predictive models to analyze current and future insurance needs, aiming to reduce churn and foster commercial growth (e.g., decision trees, random forests, Basket Recommendation Engine).
Oversee Business Intelligence activities by creating KPI dashboards and reports to monitor commercial performance.
Develop use cases to estimate the impact of future marketing initiatives, leveraging available data.
Candidate Profile:
Master's degree preferably in Statistical Sciences or a quantitative field with excellent grades.
At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a CRM Data Analyst in B2B2C business contexts.
Knowledge of SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
Solid experience applying machine learning models, both supervised (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees) and unsupervised (e.g., clustering) for segmentation, propensity to purchase, and churn prediction.
Strong data visualization skills for result presentation.
Preferably, knowledge of privacy regulations and GDPR.
The successful candidate will be hired on a permanent basis under the CCNL Insurance Companies agreement. The position is open to both genders in accordance with Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006.
