What You Will DoInstallation, testing and maintenance of automatic monitoring systems (civil, environmental and dynamic)Plant design with economic evaluation for the construction of monitoring systemsDrafting technical specifications for plant works and measurement sensorsDefinition and organization of activities for the implementation of plant works, safety documents, subcontracting and related bureaucratic practicesCoordination of field activities for the construction of systemsTesting and start-up of completed systems, training courses and final delivery to the customerProduction of final documentation of the created systemAs Monitoring Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and execution of design, installation, testing and maintenance activities of monitoring systems for structures such as dams, monuments and infrastructures and for the protection of the territory.Here, you're part of a team that supports each other and works in an open and informal environment.What You BringExperience & KnowledgeBachelor's or master's degree in civil or plant engineering (three- or five-year degree)Experience in field activities and design for monitoring systems for the territory and/or structures and infrastructures (minimum 2 years)At least 2 years' experience in design and construction of sensor connection and data transmission systemsExperience of off-line electrical workAptitude for communication with customers and construction-site figuresAbility to work in a teamKnowledge of industrial electronics (data acquisition systems, transducers, digital communication) and/or electrical/electromechanical systemsKnowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeTraining from designated team leader preferredGood knowledge of English and a second language, preferably SpanishWillingness for frequent short and medium-term domestic and international travelSuitability to work in confined spaces and/or at heightsWhat You GetA competitive salaryA permanent contract from the startWork-life balance: 38-hour workweek and 20 holidays annually (plus 30,40 hours permission)Training and development opportunitiesFor more information about working with us, please open our introductory page here.How You ApplyIf you recognize yourself in this profile and are excited to join the team, apply now.
