OverviewWe are looking for an engaged Retail Training Coordinator to join our Retail Training, Excellence & Performance Department, in our Global HQ in Milan, ItalyYour ImpactAs a Retail Training Coordinator, you will design, implement, and facilitate omnichannel training programs across all retail levels, with a strong focus on Customer Experience and coordination of training initiatives for the other retail function (eg. Clienteling, Operations).ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience focus: Act as a key driver in embedding a customer-first mindset across retail teams, ensuring that all training initiatives reflect and elevate the Moncler client experienceLead the design, global coordination and rollout of training programs focused on Customer ExperienceCollaborate closely with the Retail Excellence team to analyse Mystery Shopping results, NPS feedback, and other performance metrics, translating them into actionable and tailored training initiativesDevelop and deploy targeted learning modules aimed at enhancing client engagement, personalization strategies, selling ceremony excellence, and service recovery practicesGlobal Training Program Management & FacilitationSupport other retail function such as operations, clienteling, aftersales in creating compelling and effective training initiativesDesign and implement Train the Trainer (TTT) frameworks to empower and certify local trainers, guaranteeing a consistent and elevated standard of training delivery worldwideServe as a strategic partner to local training teams, providing support in adapting content to cultural and operational contexts while safeguarding global consistencyProject Management & Rollout ExecutionManage training calendars, global content distribution, and rollout timelines across markets, ensuring seamless execution and brand integrityOversee training-related budgets, resources, and external partnerships in line with strategic business objectivesMonitor results and act with the aim to support the businessIf needed being able to directly deliver specific training on product / customer experience / selling techniques to support the regional counterpartsQualifications5 / 6 years of experience in Retail Training, including at least 3 years of in-store experience in structured Fashion Luxury / Retail / Hospitality companiesA customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate business goals into impactful learning solutionsExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional and multicultural teamsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusWe Would Appreciate a Person Who Is :Highly organized and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyStructured and proactive, demonstrating an independent work attitudeCooperative and flexible who can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholdersHow To Apply?To apply for this position, follow directions through this posting or visit our website and submit your application through our Careers WebsiteWhen applying, please attach your CV and any other relevant supporting documentsMoncler is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of Ethnic origin, Skin color, Religion, Civil status, Age, Nationality, Ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, Gender, Gender Identity or Expression, Sexual Orientation.
