The candidate will have to contribute to the definition of the Model Informed Drug Development strategy across projects on various therapeutic indications and data types, to optimize future studies. They will be responsible for implementing this strategy, ensuring timely and quality delivery of study results, in compliance with Chiesi SOPs, standards, and group objectives.Specifically, the Modelling and Simulation Scientist Expert provides advanced modeling expertise to multiple projects, working within a dedicated team and with an external network of experts to support analysis delivery, enhance project impact, and develop quantitative methodologies and solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesLead pharmacometrics activities, including PK, PK / PD, and PBPK modeling, simulation, and reporting for multiple projects.Assist senior management in selecting action plans aligned with drug development objectives; contribute to MIDD strategy for global biopharmaceutical development.Perform hands-on pharmacometric activities within clinical development programs, ensuring high-quality work using software such as NONMEM.Establish and maintain strategic interactions with CROs, managing communications, publications, and plans.Author, review, or approve pharmacometrics reports and sections of regulatory documents; participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies as needed.Experience RequiredMinimum of 3 years in similar roles.EducationScientific or doctoral degree in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, statistics, chemical engineering, or a related field.LanguagesNo specific language requirements provided)Technical SkillsProven leadership in Pharmacometrics, biostatistics, and PK / PD activities; experienced in planning and executing across multiple projects.
