Our client is a leader in AI-driven vertical solutions, it helps users enhance core skill development and knowledge acquisition. Its core offering centers on intelligent, user-centric mobile apps powered by self-developed AI algorithms and big data analytics that deliver personalized, efficient, and scalable services. With over a decade of experience in this space, it has built a robust product matrix, an ecosystem of hundreds of millions of active users, and a mature tech system (including adaptive learning algorithms and real-time data analysis) to ensure service quality and user retention.
To accelerate its global expansion particularly in EU/US markets, our client is now seeking a Mobile App Product Manager in Italy, aiming to support the growth of its AI-powered mobile apps.
Responsibilities
Define product problems via qualitative/quantitative research and data analysis, identify customer needs through market research, competitor comparison, and test groups.
Create business analysis documents, test cases, product models, and prototypes to support development team execution.
Collaborate with technical teams to clearly communicate product requirements, participate in technical discussions, and ensure alignment with development goals.
Analyze customer and product performance metrics and evaluate operational efficiency by studying industry trends, markets, and operational benchmarks.
Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders (customers, teams) to build consensus and drive smooth progression of the product lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Software/Computer/Electronic/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
5+ years of Product Owner/Manager experience, with a track record in data-driven AI-powered mobile products and end-to-end mobile/web product lifecycle management. Preference for candidates with relevant work experience at well-known AI-driven or utility mobile app companies based in Italy, particularly those specializing in Video & Photo, Productivity, or Creativity apps.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and balanced blend of general technical knowledge, customer-centric thinking, and empathy for user needs.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams on product vision and requirements.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, Agile frameworks (Scrum), software development workflows, and IT infrastructure; ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
