Our current team handles product development, copy, design, and analysis. As we plan to grow, we are looking for a second PM to enhance our mobile app efforts. We believe in small, effective teams with high autonomy and accountability. With ambitions to increase our mobile app market share, this is an exciting opportunity to join us!The Product Manager will understand the Why, How, and What of building impactful products that maintain high product-market fit, delivering scale impact to millions of users. You will also focus on user acquisition and retention optimization to grow our user base.Previous mobile experience is essential; however, we seek someone with a growth mindset: proactive, motivated, passionate about creating exceptional mobile experiences, friendly, a team player, and an honest, fun professional.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the success of your product area by defining, monitoring, and managing KPIs, in coordination with the other PM.Contribute to defining your product strategy.Lead the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams on business and user needs, design, testing, release, and analysis.Drive roadmap execution by setting clear priorities, removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, managing the product backlog, and coordinating rollouts.Conduct user research and maintain a continuous discovery process through interviews, reviews, and feedback.Monitor and analyze product metrics with analysts to identify opportunities for optimization and measure success.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the app is user-friendly and visually appealing.Ensure quality of releases through team collaboration.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders about product progress and feedback.Challenge current processes and promote continuous learning about products and app industry trends.Qualifications3+ years experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in mobile app development.Knowledge of React Native, iOS, and Android apps.Experience with apps targeting the European market.Product mindset with Agile development experience.Proven ability to translate concepts into impactful product iterations based on user research and data analysis.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Tech literacy to engage effectively with engineers during discovery and delivery phases.Passion for mobile apps and enthusiasm for the work.Fluency in English, spoken and written.Experience with app user acquisition is a plus.Experience working with cross-country teams is beneficial.Passion for travel is appreciated, though experience in the travel industry is optional.Additional InformationAbout the team: Our international team combines user-centricity with an entrepreneurial mindset to create great products and achieve business goals.Our culture: We support each other, challenge ourselves, and aim to grow collectively.What We OfferJoining us means:Being part of a dynamic, inclusive international environment.Opportunities for career growth and internal mobility.Flexible scheduling with a shorter 36-hour workweek, including 4 hours on Friday mornings during our trial period.
