MJ000019 Italy Sales Manager / Account Manager or Channel Sales
We recruit and work with distributors and key value‑added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.
Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and partner with distributors and key value‑added resellers.
Motivate and energize channel partners, develop sales and marketing initiatives to increase monthly sales revenue.
Identify and create new sales opportunities while maintaining and developing good customer relationships.
Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years channel sales, solution selling, or project selling experience in the IT industry; preference for Government sector customers; experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
Firm, dynamic, results‑oriented with strong achievement motivation.
High integrity, target‑focused, able to work with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
