The candidate will act as a brand ambassador, conveying the Brand’s philosophy and values, maximizing sales by fostering customer relationships and building Brand loyalty, and guiding the client into our world. The candidate will also be responsible for stock management in terms of KPIs, corporate guidelines and procedures, ensuring impeccable stock maintenance, minimizing stock losses, and implementing guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.Proactively engage in cross-selling with all Departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with Company guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.Ensure product safety and proper handling of valuable materials in the warehouse.Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise preparation for the sales floor and special areas following Corporate procedures.Organize and conduct stock counts and stock-takes.Track product flow through SAP system.Manage product flow during repairs and stockroom activities related to markdowns.Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per corporate guidelines and deadlines.Knowledge and SkillsHigh affinity for luxury products.High sense of responsibility.Ability to work both in a team and independently.Organized and detail-oriented.Mature and assertive.Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionRetail Luxury Goods and Jewelry and RetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Prada Group.Get notified about new Senior Client Advisor jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
