KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses, supporting them in transforming their business models, improving and digitalizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, as well as providing assistance in extraordinary financial operations.
By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be engaged in managing organizational change processes. In particular, alongside experienced colleagues, you will analyze strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Designing and optimizing end-to-end data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes, transforming raw data from various sources (business systems, cloud, IoT, API), and ensuring efficiency in data collection, transformation, and loading.
Designing advanced data structures such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and tabular models, providing a solid foundation for analysis and business intelligence.
Developing scalable solutions using tools from the Microsoft Azure platform, including Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Cosmos DB, integrating data with external applications through tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Azure Logic Apps.
Designing and optimizing relational and non-relational databases, using SQL for data management and querying, ensuring scalability, high performance, and seamless integration with business systems.
Creating interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI, collaborating with business teams to produce customized visualizations that support strategic decision-making.

You will be involved in national and international projects, working with qualified professionals and clients across various industries to support their digital transformation.
Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics
This opportunity is perfect for you if:

You have 3-5years of experience in designing and implementing data management solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Fabric, for data engineering and systems integration.
You are familiar with tools and services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and integration technologies like SSIS and KingswaySoft, with advanced skills in SQL.
You have experience in back-end data management, building pipelines, optimizing data structures, and supporting business analysis and integration.
You possess strong experience in data visualization and advanced report creation with Power BI, following best practices for tabular models and interactive dashboards.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are fluent in English, ideally with experience in international contexts.
You are willing to travel to support clients at different stages of their projects.
