We’re Hiring: Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Specialist
Location: Pero (MI)
Reporting to: M&A Manager
Join our team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through high‑impact transactions in a global environment.
What You’ll Do

Manage M&A projects, timelines, and resources.
Analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assess the financial risks and synergies of potential transactions.
Coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and internal teams.
Support negotiations and prepare executive‑ready materials for executive leadership.
Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams in an international setting.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Strong legal, financial, fiscal analysis and valuation skills.
Project management skills across the full M&A lifecycle.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
3+ years of M&A experience (advisory or in‑house).
