This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to act as a liaison between the Buyers, Internal Business Partners, and the Vendor Community. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesManage communications with vendors/suppliers.Support Buyers in order insertion and follow-up activities.Provide administrative support (back-office) and prepare letters, documents, and emails.Analyze data to prepare reports for the Buyer.Support the Buyer in organizing meetings, conferences, and trips.Front-desk duties, including welcoming international colleagues and visitors.RequirementsGood knowledge of English (primary language used for all company communications).Proactivity and communication skills in an international environment.Knowledge of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Excel.Problem-solving and prioritization skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Buyers in preparing for Market week.Coordinate and communicate Buyers’ weekly itineraries.Support Buyers in writing orders and updating POs.Manage and track product samples efficiently.Support Buyers in the Market and act as a point of contact.Maintain vendor information and assist with filing.Join key appointments to support order writing.Support the team with general administration.Organize travel for buying/intake teams.Support Buyers in preparing for style out, strategy, and other meetings.Key Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceMicrosoft Office knowledge with a focus on Excel.Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).Confident approach and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.Able to work effectively without close supervision.We consider all applicants for employment without regard to age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, and/or sexual orientation.LOCATION: Milan, Italy
