Note : The role is full time site basedIn this role you will :Responsible for management of all MEP related activities.Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high qualityMonitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safetyCoordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagementIdentify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectivelyImplement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisionsImplement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observedLead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partnersReview proposed variations and delays in the worksWe would love to hear from you if you :A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related engineering disciplineDemonstrated experience managing multiple large, complex construction projectsDemonstrated project management experience in international environments, ideally on mission-critical facilities such as data centers.A strong understanding of HV / MV power transmission systems, MEP engineering principlesProven experience with general contractor, client and vendor management.Extensive involvement in the development of Mission Critical FacilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to manage deadlines independently and provide support to project teamsThe capability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teamsSound knowledge of construction health and safety practicesExperience working on international projects, with a strong appreciation for cultural awareness, diversity, and inclusion in large-scale program deliverySince 1974, we’ve been providing a construction consultancy service that keeps clients coming back.
