Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites.Verify equipment compliance with required specifications and standards.Conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.Identify the underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics.Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.Qualifications2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service EngineerMin 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma)Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.Availability to travel globally 70%.J-18808-Ljbffr
