At Nordberg Medical, you will have opportunities to grow, learn, be creative, and contribute to our success.Our Medical Affairs team in Italy is growing, and we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Italy.As our first Medical Science Liaison (MSL), reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs Italy, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with key medical experts. You’ll work closely with KOLs, physicians, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to lead scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and deliver educational programs and training. Serving as the primary medical point of contact, your scientific expertise will enhance team capabilities and customer interactions.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs.Leading scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, addressing inquiries, sharing relevant literature, and increasing product awareness.Gathering medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics.Developing and delivering comprehensive product education and medical-scientific information.Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in identifying and engaging influential experts.Supporting trials and ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.This highly collaborative role involves working within a cross-functional local team in Italy and the global Medical Affairs team.
