This position offers the opportunity to develop broadly by engaging in all aspects of the business and managing your own daily activities.You will be part of a team of 3 Medical Managers in Italy, responsible for the Medical Affairs strategy and the execution of medical projects. You will also support Sales and Marketing colleagues, requiring a demonstrable affinity for identifying commercial opportunities. Residency in Italy and fluency in English are required for communication with the European Management team, based in various locations across Europe, including Amsterdam, Netherlands. You will report to the Lead Medical Managers Europe.Major Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop Medical Affairs strategies and execute scientific projects such as publications and advisory boards.Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and other influencers in the scientific and healthcare communities, based on scientific evidence.Support the development and launch of products through scientific exchange, particularly in melanoma.Assist with Early Access Program requests for melanoma patients in Italy.Provide business support for Italian marketing, sales, and market access activities related to Odomzo (sonidegib) for basal cell carcinoma.Lead the approval process for investigator-initiated trials and monitor their progress.Disseminate clinical and scientific information about marketed and pipeline products in a timely, compliant, and ethical manner.Establish and support networks in Derma-oncology and other therapeutic areas.Communicate emerging data to experts and respond to healthcare professional inquiries.Support colleagues in organizing HCP events with medical content support.Education & QualificationsMandatory : (Bio)medical or scientific academic degree.Driver’s license.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MSL or Medical Manager in the innovative pharmaceutical industry.At least 1 year of experience in a commercial role within the pharmaceutical industry.Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.Desirable : Experience in Dermatology or Oncology.Desirable : Experience with Early Access Programs in Italy.Strong scientific knowledge.Strategic thinking abilities.Knowledge in Dermatology or Oncology.Understanding of regulatory environment and compliance.Excellent teaching and presentation skills.Creative and positive mindset when facing challenges.Enjoys interacting with healthcare professionals and fieldwork.J-18808-LjbffrManager Medical • Abruzzo, Chieti, Italia
