What to Expect

Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites.
Verify equipment compliance with required specifications and standards.
Conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
Identify the underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics.
Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.
Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.
Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer
Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma )
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
Availability to travel globally 70%
