Lead relationships with COTY Global media teams, procurement, and media agencies. Develop paid media strategies for luxury and consumer brands, aligning with marketing plans and business milestones. Centralize annual media strategies, lead agency briefings, and coordinate multimedia plans, including budget monitoring and media optimization.Excellence in ExecutionEnsure timely delivery of paid media strategies, proper planning, and post-buy analysis sharing with global teams.Digital and Insights AccelerationImplement new tools, platforms, formats, and methodologies. Provide media studies and insights to local brand teams and share best practices.Transversal WorkAlign media strategies with business objectives by collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams.WHAT YOU’LL BRING5+ years of experience in media strategy and planning, preferably from a media agency or digital e-commerce. Experience with Amazon Ads and other E-Retail platforms. Knowledge of media channels such as TV, CTV, digital/social. Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns. Strong understanding of KPIs and platform best practices. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
