Together, each generation of employees honor our past whiledreaming of our future.We are looking for thoughtful, curious, and optimistic talents, seeking to deliver excellence and to contribute to Tiffany & Co.'s continued legacy.Position Overview:The Media Manager supports the Marketing and Communications Director in the definition of the media strategy in Southern Europe cluster on a Country-level, ensuring a consistent brand voice, maximizing brand awareness, and playing a key role in developing brand concepts and local media initiatives.S/he is responsible for all aspects of media, including planning, execution, and analysis of media campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and brand consistency.Key Accountabilities:Definition and execution of media strategiesDeliver optimal channel mix recommendations thanks to a strong grasp of the media landscape across the cluster and our target customer behaviorHave a strong knowledge of the competitive scenario and carry consistent benchmarking analysis to identify new opportunitiesCoordinate local media agencies to outline effective offline media plansCollaborate with the Region in the definition of online campaigns, social and digitalMenage relations with media outlets and negotiate special projectsContent creationPropose local initiatives to boost Global campaigns, identifying the right format and channelsWork closely with the PR and talents team to leverage Ambassadors and FOTH for local content creationReportingCollaborate with local media agency to deliver monthly Media Spend ReportsPassion and acumen for media reporting: each campaign must have a post campaign report, complete with actionable takeawaysBudget ManagementManage budget at Cluster and Country level, ensuring optimization of resourcesTrack all expenses and makes sure all invoices are up-to-dateMake budget recommendation during the yearly strategic planRequired Qualifications:5-7 years' experience in the same role in multinational companiesBachelor's or Master's Degree in communications and/or marketingExperience in managing media budgetsStrategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills and accountabilityExcellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-taskAbility to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and external agency stakeholdersStrong understanding of digital and traditional media, web analytics, and technologyExperience with digital analytics platforms, sophisticated reporting, data collection & analysisFluent in English and Italian, a third language is an appreciated plus#LI-SM1
