The aim of the maintenance team is to keep the manufacturing process 100% operational and minimize the amount of downtime under the respect of Goodyear safety standards, focusing on cost effectiveness and at expected quality.Part of the maintenance team, the Controls technician is in charge to perform preventative maintenance and curative maintenance. he / she helps troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical problems that are linked to the manufacturing processes. He also support other competency like Facility, Calibration and Engineering (helping to guarantee the continuity of the equipment and systems).Responsibilities :Perform machinery and test equipment repair, modification and preventive maintenance (mechanics & controls)Coordinate and supervise external companies working on siteParticipate to root cause analysis and plan establishment in case of major repairReport and document problems and maintenance actions on equipmentMaintain spare parts and items inventoryPrepare and provide test & process equipmentPropose and participate to the continuous improvement of the test equipment and facilitiesComply to safety guidelinesActively participate in housekeeping of maintenance premisesActively participate to the engineering & safety roadmap deploymentDocument and record all machine upgradeSupport the troubleshooting of the new technology equipmentSupport engineering team during new equipment selection / definitionTo join our team you will need :Education :The candidate should have a Bachelor of science in Electromechanical / Mechatronics.Languages :Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
