We are looking for a skilled Mechatronic Specialist to join our team on‑site at our customer’s facility in the beautiful city of Lucca, Italy.
Your Role

Conduct preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Manage and develop maintenance strategies, including lifecycle management and long‑term planning for mechatronic systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues while supporting Root Cause Analysis investigations.
Develop standard procedures for hydraulic and pneumatic systems and manage documentation in the CMMS (SAP).
Train and collaborate with internal and external teams.

What You Bring

Formal qualification in an engineering discipline.
Solid experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of automation systems (PLC/DCS) and SAP.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and testing techniques.
Proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
Proactive, and committed to teamwork.
