Coesia operates in 34 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2023.About the RoleThe primary purpose of the position is to set-up, operate and test machines for the production and the packaging of baby/adult diapers, feminine sanitary napkins or similar disposable products, assuring the machine stability and the final product quality that meets the acceptance criteria agreed with the customers.Key responsibilities will include:Start-up and test of new machines at GDM premises recording the testing process and the results achievedStart-up and tests of new machines/upgrades at customers’ sites ensuring adequate communication with customers and reporting periodically the test/machine statusProvide technical service to customers supporting their production and maintenance activitiesTrain in classroom and on the machine the customer’s personnel about machine operation, process adjustment, machine features and maintenanceWhat you need to be successfulHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical disciplines;Previous experience in the technical design of automatic machines;3+ year of experience in operation/maintenance of diapers production lines or mechanical assembly/set-up/test of automatic machines. New graduate candidates, in Mechanical disciplines, with first-time experience may also be considered.Availability for extensive travel;Familiarity with PC and MS Office;Excellent customer and internal communication skills;Safety-oriented behaviorGood team-work skills and good ability to maintain effective relations
