Senior Mechanical Construction Supervisor for a Solar plant construction site (42MWp) near Loreo, in the province of Rovigo, VenetoThe position is to start as soon as possible and will run until December 2025, with the possibility of extension.The Mechanical Construction Supervisor will be responsible for onsite supervision of Mechanical (Post, Rack and Modules) construction works on solar PV EPC projects ,including full responsibility for technical, environmental and safety compliance, quality, schedule, and integration controlRequirements/Qualifications:Civil / Mechanical Engineering backgroundMinimum of 5 years construction supervision experience in Mechanical infrastructure projects, 2 years of which gained managing utility scale solar Photovoltaics plantsGood communication skills, able to resolve labour conflictA proven track record in successfully completing construction on time, safely and compliant with technical & quality requirements and standardsDemonstrable experience of managing Subcontractors to stringent time and quality metricsConversant with construction, labour, environmental and safety requirements and legislationFluent in English and Italian
