Participates in contract review of plants projects with the Engineering Manager and ensures POs milestones are achieved timely for all the plants equipment :

Prepares and issues RFQ Technical Specification Documents.
Participates in the technical negotiations with suppliers and in the kick‑off and regular follow‑up meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
Carries out regular supplier technical expediting meetings with Procurement and Quality Engineer.
Ensures that engineering‑related activities are completed on time and with high quality and facilitates the flow of relevant information to other disciplines.
Cooperates with product responsible supporting the updating of document templates.

Qualifications

5 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer Equipment&Packages in EPC projects of industrial plants with focus on rotating equipment (fans blowers).
Able to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas of knowledge.
Fluent in English and Italian any other language will be considered as a plus.
Able to work inside teams spread across different locations and good time‑management.
