Main Responsibilities
Performance Measurement/KPI’s:
On-time delivery of 3D
On-time delivery of 2D or annotated 3D
Quality of deliverables (first time right)
Responsibilities:
Managing CAD activities
Performing and maintaining SAM (Space Allocation Mock up) in accordance with progressive maturity rules considering all constraints
Creating annotated SAM for exchanges with suppliers
Checking compliancy of supplier feedback with relevant SAM
Performing 3D detailed design of home made parts considering:
Allocated volumes given as inputs
Interfaces defined with stakeholders
Technical referential (materials characteristics)
Manufacturability and maintainability constraints
Performing 2D or annotated 3D detailed design of home made parts considering internal rules of data structuration
Performing assembly drawings by generating BOM for industrialization
Contributes to:
Providing weight data to Weight Discipline Engineer
Stack up calculations
Main Required Competencies
Educational Requirements & Experience
Mandatory:
Graduated from Mechanical Engineering school with Master of Science degree
Experience Mandatory:
Mechanical Engineering preferably applied to Railway products with 1 to 2 years of experience
3D Modelling, drawing creation
Design in heavy industry
Technical:
English fluent in read/writing and technical meetings
